Elk Valley Resources in Vancouver, BC, seeks a Senior Analyst, HRIS with deep SAP SuccessFactors Compensation expertise. You will lead design, configuration and optimization of HRIS solutions while supporting annual compensation processes and benefits management.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and Power BI experience, plus experience with HRIS integrations (CPI). Join EVR's team and help drive data-driven decisions for a major Canadian coal producer.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HRIS experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central; Benefits preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience with HRIS integrations and SAP CPI/Integration Suite is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Support annual compensation processes including merit, bonus, incentives, eligibility and statements.
• Maintain Employee Central benefit plans, rules, life events, enrollments and open enrollment.
• Analyze HR and compensation data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop advanced reporting and dashboards using SuccessFactors tools, Excel and Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions; coordinate testing and releases.
• Maintain integrations between SuccessFactors, Payroll, Finance and other systems (CPI).
• Establish data quality, security, governance and audit controls.
• Lead HRIS projects and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
