Job summary

Electronic Arts in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design and implement global compensation programs. You will partner with People Experience, HRIS, and PE teams to deliver market-driven compensation solutions and support ad-hoc needs.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation Programs and work in a hybrid model with three days in the Vancouver office. This role emphasizes data-driven insights, governance, and process improvement.

Qualifications

3-6 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis and design.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills required.
Data modeling/analytics capability with translating insights into business decisions.
Experience with annual pay cycles, salary structures, job leveling, and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

Lead analytical preparation and system readiness for annual and midyear compensation planning (salary, bonus, LTI).
Conduct market benchmarking and internal pay analyses across business areas.
Advise HR and leaders on compensation decisions and job evaluations.
Support design and enhancement of salary structures and incentive programs.
Identify pay trends and recommend adjustments aligned with frameworks.
