Job summary

Electronic Arts in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design and implement global compensation programs. You will partner with People Experience, HRIS, and PE teams to deliver market-driven compensation solutions and support ad-hoc needs.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation Programs and work in a hybrid model with three days in the Vancouver office. This role emphasizes data-driven insights, governance, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis and design.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills required.
• Data modeling/analytics capability with translating insights into business decisions.
• Experience with annual pay cycles, salary structures, job leveling, and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical preparation and system readiness for annual and midyear compensation planning (salary, bonus, LTI).
• Conduct market benchmarking and internal pay analyses across business areas.
• Advise HR and leaders on compensation decisions and job evaluations.
• Support design and enhancement of salary structures and incentive programs.
• Identify pay trends and recommend adjustments aligned with frameworks.
