Job summary

Semtech in Alhambra, CA seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to collaborate with managers and leadership to implement people strategies across Southern California and remote US employees. You will drive day-to-day HR activities and provide business-focused HR consultation.

As the main point of contact for our Southern California locations and remote workforce, you will own the employee lifecycle, support retention and engagement, and work with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; 8+ years HR experience in manufacturing or hi-tech.
• Excellent knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
• HR Certification is a plus.
• Experience in multinational/global organizations.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and implement HR strategies.
• Drive retention, engagement and leadership development initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to design regional solutions.
• Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Manage HR aspects of internal/external audits (ISO 9001).
• Support global HR projects and programs.
