Siemens Healthineers Canada is seeking a seasoned HR Consultant reporting to the Head of HR, Canada. This role acts as a strategic partner to business leaders within a global matrix, delivering advisory and hands-on HR initiatives to build high-performing, inclusive teams.

You will partner with Centers of Excellence, lead talent management and succession planning, coach leaders, ensure policy compliance, and drive change management across multi-location operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Organizational Development is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of HR generalist experience in a multi-location organization.
• CHRP certification preferred; experience in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to define people strategies aligned to business goals.
• Provide coaching on leadership and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and development reviews.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Support change management and culture initiatives.
• Travel up to 15% for organizational meetings.
