Kongsberg Discovery Canada Ltd. is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to work part-time (20-24hr/week) for six months with a view to extend.
You’ll partner with leaders, advise on employee relations, and drive engagement across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance coaching. We're looking for a Senior HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment on a part-time basis (20-24hr/week) for 6 months with view to extend. Supporting employees and leaders, you'll influence the entire employee experience, from recruitment and onboarding to leadership coaching, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and culture. As our Senior HR Generalist, you'll partner with leaders across the business to create a workplace where people feel supported, engaged, and empowered to do their best work. You'll balance strategic initiatives with hands-on HR operations, providing practical advice, improving processes, and helping leaders confidently navigate the moments that matter most. Partner with business leaders to build high-performing teams, provide actionable coaching, and navigate complex people decisions.
Rebuild, elevate, and maintain core HR workflows, policies, and performance management frameworks.
Serve as an advocate for employees and maintain a strong presence on the workshop floor to build trust across all levels.
Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, leaves of absence, ROEs, WCB, and compliance with Canadian employment laws.

Pay Range: $80,000-$100,000 FTE
