Job summary

KIK Consumer Products is seeking an experienced, hands-on Human Resources Manager for a 14-month assignment. You will provide HR leadership and support to employees and leaders across the United States and Canada, based in our Concord office with remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays.

You will serve as the primary HR partner for multiple functions, guiding employee relations, performance, compensation, labour relations, payroll, compliance, and HR programs while collaborating with leaders to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functions.
• Experience supporting employees and leaders in US and Canada preferred.
• HR certification such as CHRP/CHRL is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to leaders across US/Canada client groups.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance, planning, compensation and engagement.
• Lead talent and performance processes including reviews, succession planning, and development.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and leave administration.
• Provide HR guidance on employment laws for US/Canada and ensure compliant practices.
• Oversee payroll administration coordination and HR data reporting.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and cross-functional HR projects.
