Job summary

EcoOnline is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to support Canadian and US colleagues with local HR operations and office needs. You’ll partner with two senior executives and help ensure consistent HR support across regions.

You’ll work with a global People Team to translate global frameworks into locally relevant actions for Canada and coordinate with payroll, benefits, IT and finance to ensure smooth employee lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience supporting employees and managers in Canada is preferred; exposure to US colleagues is a plus.
• Exposure to employee relations, onboarding, performance processes, HR systems, benefits, or payroll coordination is beneficial.
• Experience in an international, scaling SaaS, technology, or multi-site business is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Canadian and US HR practices.

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers in Canada and the US.
• Support onboarding, changes, absence management, leavers, and HR systems records.
• Ensure HR practices align with Canadian and US employment requirements.
