Job summary

Gusto, Inc. is seeking a Senior GTM Insights Analyst to serve as the strategic analytics backbone for the GTM organization. You will partner with GTM leadership, own analytics infrastructure, and bridge Finance, GTM Operations, and Product/Growth to drive revenue outcomes.

You’ll craft forward-looking models, standardize metrics, and translate complex inputs into actionable executive narratives for the Head of GTM.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or analytics in a SaaS/subscription business.
• Proven experience partnering with senior GTM leadership and shaping strategic questions.
• Fluency in building analytics/infrastructure and defining org-wide metrics.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and partner with GTM leadership to shape business strategy and translate questions into structured analyses.
• Design and maintain recurring reporting cadence for leadership decision-making.
• Build end-to-end view of sales processes across routes to market and assess impact of product/pricing changes.
• Translate decisions into clear executive narratives and reporting for senior leaders.
