Job summary

Equinix, a global digital infrastructure leader, seeks a senior analytics leader for our Toronto office to drive GTM analytics strategy and partner with senior executives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and IT. You will shape questions, surface problems, and influence decisions at the C-suite level.

You will mentor an analytics team, evolve data definitions, and deliver CRO reports with predictive and prescriptive insights to improve business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Consolidated analytics/GTM/revenue operations experience with senior leadership
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
• Experience scaling analytics function—teams, processes, tooling
• Deep knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success data
• Hands-on fluency with BI/data tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and direction for GTM analytics, insights, and reporting, defining how the organization measures performance.
• Serves as a strategic partner to senior executives and client groups across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT.
• Leads, mentors, and scales a high-performing analytics team, evolving its capability from reporting to insight generation.
• Drives evolution of data definitions with key stakeholders for GTM owned measures.
• Delivers analytical insights on business performance and leads predictive/prescriptive analytics initiatives.
