Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst based in Canada to drive strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will build financial models, evaluate capital investments, and partner with leaders to improve profitability in a fully remote setup.

Reporting to Finance leadership, you will deliver actionable insights, own budgeting cycles, and ensure accurate financial reporting across business units while collaborating with international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A.
• CPA designation considered a strong asset.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience presenting to senior management.
• Strong communication and collaboration across units.
• Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools and ERP systems.
• English proficiency required; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain financial models and KPI reports.
• Support monthly financial close and ensure report integrity.
• Prepare CAPEX analyses and business cases.
• Assess investment assumptions and communicate benefits and risks.
• Monitor project expenditures and expenditure tracking.
• Provide financial guidance to enable strategic decisions.
