Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business/accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA designation or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 7 years in business, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and financial analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with databases.

Responsabilités

• Perform accounting activities related to administrative expenses while ensuring IFRS compliance.
• Support accounts payable/receivable and procurement policies across the organization.
• Provide FP&A support through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Deliver clear and actionable insights to stakeholders through forecasting and long-range planning.
• Analyze large datasets to support business decisions and reporting improvements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, presentations for senior leadership.
• Partner with FinDev Canada’s parent organization on consolidation and cost-sharing activities.
• Prepare, analyze, and report accounting transactions while safeguarding data integrity.
• Lead or support regulatory reporting and MD&A disclosures.
• Contribute to internal controls, reporting processes, and financial systems.
• Research and assess impact of new accounting standards and implementation approaches.
• Participate in projects supporting organizational growth and efficiency.
