Our client, a high-growth, multi-location Canadian organization, is seeking multiple Senior Financial Analysts to join its expanding FP&A team. This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to directly impact business performance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will partner closely with business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while delivering insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis
• Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions and investment analysis
• Lead and support budgeting and forecasting processes (OPEX & CAPEX)
• Perform variance analysis and deliver actionable insights
• Enhance reporting, KPIs, and analytical tools
• Prepare presentations and financial reporting for leadership
• Support process improvements and ad hoc analysis

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of FP&A or related experience
• Undergraduate degree; CPA/CFA considered an asset
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Exposure to tools such as SQL, Tableau, or FP&A systems is an asset
