Jobgether is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager based in Canada. You will lead regional financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support strategic decisions in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will manage a team of analysts, develop sophisticated models, and translate financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership and department heads. This remote role emphasizes IPO readiness and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline preferred.
• Financial planning and analysis experience with budgeting, forecasting, modeling and reporting.
• Experience in a high-growth technology software business across multiple currencies.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with BI dashboards for executive reporting.
• Solid accounting knowledge and month-end close understanding.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with ability to present insights to executives.
• Leadership and project management skills with ownership mindset.
• MBA or equivalent certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports for leadership and Board reviews.
• Analyze monthly performance, KPIs and variances to support annual plan.
• Drive commercial analysis and evaluate growth opportunities.
• Maintain and improve financial models and BI reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Accounting and Investor Relations on month-end close and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve controls and data quality.
• Contribute to IPO readiness through financial documentation and investor materials.
• Lead regional team of analysts and foster analytical excellence.
