Job summary

Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to advise the CFO and executive leadership on finance modernization and enterprise financial management to drive FSRA’s transformation agenda. You will partner with Finance, IT, HR and other business partners to streamline operations, improve insights, strengthen controls, and deliver sustained value.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.
CPA designation is an asset.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive senior experience in finance and FP&A.
Experience leading complex finance transformation, process optimization, and technology-enabled modernization.
Proven experience leading ERP implementations and financial systems transformation projects; experience with Workday is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead finance systems design, implementation, and optimization for planning and reporting.
Drive enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives impacting governance, processes, and service delivery.
Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives and financial targets.
Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement to improve efficiency and controls.
Provide strategic advisory to CFO and senior leadership on financial management and modernization.
Lead change management and stakeholder engagement for adoption of new processes and systems.
