Job summary

EY Canada in Toronto seeks a Senior Manager to lead SAP-enabled finance transformations for Financial Services clients. You will guide end-to-end programs, mentor teams, and shape EY’s SAP FS practice across FP&A, accounting, and regulatory reporting.

The role demands deep SAP FI/CO experience, strong stakeholder management, and a track record in large-scale finance transformations within a consulting setting. Toronto-based with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8+ years of SAP implementation experience in Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience across SAP finance modules (FI/CO, Group Reporting, FS-GL, FS-CD).
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA finance transformation programs for Financial Services clients across banking, capital markets, and insurance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive solution design and delivery across SAP finance and FS capabilities, ensuring EY standards.
