Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, financial analysis, business partnering, or a similar analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders and functional teams to deliver strategic financial analysis, support decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue and profitability improvements.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen commercial strategies, targeted marketing initiatives, cross-selling activities, and competitive positioning through financial and market insights.
• Support the development and launch of new products, services, and commercial offerings through business case assessments, financial modelling, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Lead annual budgeting, five-year financial planning, and regular forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth strategies.
• Challenge and influence business leaders to establish sound financial assumptions, assess key business drivers, and understand the financial implications of strategic and operational decisions.
• Monitor business performance against strategic objectives, providing actionable recommendations to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and financial results.
• Develop a strong understanding of business operations to identify performance drivers and deliver meaningful financial and operational insights.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, including Revenue, EBITDA, ROCE, Utilization, Sets on Hire, OPEX, and other relevant financial and operational metrics.
