Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 10+ years in estimating/construction.
• Experience with hydropower, water treatment or major water infrastructure projects.
• Strong estimating and project-management capabilities with client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of multi-discipline cost estimates and schedules.
• Coordinate teams of discipline estimators and construction engineers.
• Ensure estimate quality, basis of cost, and risk analysis for projects.
