Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. seeks a Senior Estimator to lead the development of large, multi-discipline cost estimates and schedules for complex water and infrastructure projects worldwide.

You will coordinate discipline estimators and collaborate with design teams to ensure robust, defensible estimates across civil, mechanical, electrical, and process scopes. Qualifications

• 10+ years in estimating and construction roles.
• Experience with hydropower, water treatment, or major water infrastructure.
• Proficient in multiple estimating platforms.
• Strong client-facing and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise development of multi-discipline cost estimates and schedules.
• Coordinate estimators across disciplines.
• Develop estimates for water treatment processes, pipelines, dams, hydropower facilities.
• Prepare basis of cost estimate and labor work plans.
• Interface with clients and manage risks.
