High Tide Inc. is seeking a senior Digital Marketing Manager (Email/Affiliate) to lead omni-channel strategy across email, web, paid, affiliate and social, driving revenue and growth.

Email is the primary revenue driver with affiliate and paid marketing as key supports; you will define strategies, KPIs, and guide the team to ensure integrated campaigns across channels. Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of digital marketing, performance marketing, or ecommerce experience.
• Strong experience across email, web, paid media and affiliate channels.
• Proven ability to develop strategy, set performance targets, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with agencies.
