Job summary

BlueTuskr is seeking an Email Marketing Lead to build and run the department, owning strategy, audits, automation, and deliverability across multiple client accounts. This role demands hands-on leadership and deep expertise in email, SMS, and growth marketing.

You'll drive the strategic direction, join client calls, and shape the agency’s retention strategy with data-backed decisions, while mentoring others and delivering measurable results. Fully remote role with accountability for results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in email marketing, including leadership or mentoring
• Strong expertise in email marketing best practices (segmentation, automation, A/B testing)
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and quality of email work
• Experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp and other platforms

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and standards for the email marketing department, including processes and QA
• Lead execution of audits and campaigns across client accounts
• Represent email marketing strategy in client calls and with agency leadership
• Mentor and develop other email marketers
• Ensure deliverability and reporting across campaigns
