You will own lifecycle planning, audience segmentation, lead nurture programs, and cross‑functional collaboration with media, content, analytics, and client teams.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in email marketing or CRM roles.
• Hands-on experience with major CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, SFMC, Pardot, Eloqua).
• Experience integrating lifecycle marketing programs and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end email campaign execution, including strategy, segmentation, build, QA, deployment and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with creative, content, design and copy teams to develop on-brand experiences.
• Partner with email development teams to manage templates, dynamic content, testing, rendering and QA.
• Apply AI-powered capabilities for personalization, automation and optimization.
