Hale Digital Inc. is hiring an Associate Director, Performance Marketing to lead the media strategy, performance, and execution for a portfolio of clients.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of performance marketing experience, including leading strategic conversations and executing directly in ad platforms.
• Hands-on in-platform with experience in media planning, buying, and ongoing campaign management.
• Expert-level experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, programmatic, and emerging channels.
• Experience with Amazon Ads and/or retail media networks (Walmart Connect or similar).
• Experience with email, CRM, SEO/AIO, and/or CRO initiatives.
• Worked across DTC, e-commerce, lead gen, and retail with measurable strategies.
• Experience with creative analysis and testing and using performance insights to guide iteration.
• Ability to build reporting with key insights and performance narratives for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-funnel digital media strategy across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and emerging channels.
• Own performance and optimization, analyze data, and drive insights for strategic recommendations.
• Develop testing roadmaps and translate learnings into scalable impact.
• Identify growth opportunities and bring innovative ideas to client partnerships.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and channel specialists to deliver high-performing programs.
• Be a trusted advisor, deliver results, and maintain strong client relationships.
