Job summary

Escend Media Inc. is seeking a senior retention marketing strategist to own end-to-end email marketing, SMS and retention campaigns for DTC clients. You will develop strategic plans, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

You are the final caller on copy and design quality, collaborating with a writer and a designer, ensuring brand standards and CAN-SPAM compliance while driving growth for client brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior retention or email marketing role.
• Proven experience with DTC brands.
• Strong Klaviyo knowledge and email flow design.
• Experience with branding and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize email flows and campaigns.
• Set email strategy for clients.
• Schedule campaigns per the calendar.
• Analyze performance and report weekly/monthly.
• Lead segmentation and nurture strategies.
• Coordinate with designers on templates.
• Ensure CAN-SPAM compliance and data hygiene.
