Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Merchandising Specialist to optimize the online shopping experience and support growth across digital channels. This role blends data-driven site operations with cross-functional collaboration to deliver frictionless experiences for families shopping Carter’s brands.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior Ecommerce experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and clear communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead workload flow for bottom of the funnel initiatives.
• Own and be super user of the Product Management System, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Contentful, and Constructor.
• Oversee end-to-end site experience from a customer perspective.
• Troubleshoot daily site issues and provide guidance to teams.
• Act as SME for Item Master/Stock Live processes and support Site Merchandisers.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies.
• Participate in weekly site refreshes and ensure merchandising needs are met.
• Analyze analytics to inform changes and partner with international teams.
• Lead troubleshooting, coordinate with Product Management for enhancements.
• Plan and maintain training for the broader team and mentor junior staff.
