Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior E-commerce Specialist to lead our client’s digital commerce strategy remotely from Kimberley. You will drive online sales growth, optimize funnels, and enhance customer experience across platforms.

The role requires 7+ years in e-commerce management, strong analytics, and proven leadership to execute cross-functional initiatives and stay ahead of industry trends. Excellent communication and strategic execution are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive e-commerce management and digital strategy.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce).
• Proven track record of growing online sales and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.

• Oversee digital marketing efforts related to e-commerce, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
• Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, identifying key trends, insights, and areas for growth and conversion rate optimization.
