Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow online sales channels for a fast-moving consumer goods client. This fully remote role focuses on optimizing product listings, storefronts, and digital marketing to drive direct-to-consumer growth.

You will analyze sales performance, collaborate with marketing teams, and ensure a seamless online shopper experience from discovery to checkout. A Bachelor's in Business/Marketing and FMCG experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or similar role, ideally within the FMCG sector
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital marketing principles
• Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific dashboards)
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., own website, third-party marketplaces)
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales volume and conversion rates
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams to drive traffic to e-commerce channels through paid advertising and organic efforts
• Analyze e-commerce sales data, website analytics, and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities
• Ensure a seamless online customer experience, from browsing to checkout and post-purchase support
