ADLI Logistics, Brampton, ON, is hiring a Senior Dispatcher (Procurement) to coordinate domestic and cross-border shipments in a fast-paced 3PL environment. The role requires sourcing and managing carriers to ensure efficient, timely transport for customers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in 3PL brokerage transportation, strong communication and coordination skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP/TMS systems. Salary range is CAD 55,000–CAD 75,000, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of 3PL brokerage transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and managing carriers for domestic and cross-border shipments.
• Arranging pick-up and delivery of customer orders for domestic and transborder shipments.
• Communicating freight requirements to drivers and carrier dispatch.
• Coordinating with Customer Service and warehouse teams to complete orders.
• Updating TMS with charges and ensuring load accuracy for billing.
• Scheduling inbounds and outbounds and coordinating container/airport deliveries.
• Assisting customers with inquiries and performing problem resolution; escalate when needed.
• Obtaining carrier packages, insurance, and WSIB, etc.

The SeniorDispatcher(Procurement) is responsible for coordinating domestic and cross-border shipments for our customers. This role requires professional communication with clients and the ability to source and manage carriers to ensure efficient, reliable, and timely transportation solutions.

Salary range: $55,000-$75,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM

What you'll be doing:

• Sourcing and managing carriers
• Arranging pick/up delivery of customer orders for both Domestic and Transborder shipments
• Communicating specific freight requirements and procedures to drivers and carrier's dispatch
• Communicating with Customer Service Representative and warehouse operations for order completion
• Updating TMS with accessorial charges and ensuring the load is complete and accurate for billing
• Scheduling appointments for inbounds and outbounds
• Coordinating container and airport deliveries to warehouse
• Assisting customers and other third parties with inquiries and problem resolution, elevate when required
• Obtaining carrier packages and insurance/WSIB/etc.
• Providing carrier rates to the Rating department for quoting and prospecting purposes
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of 3PL brokerage transportation experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Capable of communicating effectively in a concise, professional manner
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient working with MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Proficient working knowledge in ERP/TMS software
