A fast-growing startup is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of operational infrastructure. The role includes managing hardware production, deployment logistics, and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in operations leadership, particularly in fintech or logistics, with strong knowledge of cross-border operations and fluency in English and French. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations leadership, ideally in fintech, logistics, payments, or equipment-as-a-service businesses.
• Proven experience in production, supply chain, and technical deployments.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping, and field support across North America.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-growth, scaling environment.
• Fluent in both English and French.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full operational lifecycle: hardware production, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, installation, and after-sales service.
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure scalable and repeatable operational practices.
• Monitor and manage SLAs to maintain client satisfaction and ensure timely service delivery.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
• Build, manage, and mentor a growing operations team.
