You will work across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Sales to shape the customer journey and drive strategic outcomes. The role requires 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, fintech, or a high-performing startup, with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Formación

• 4+ years in management consulting, strategy & operations, fintech, or startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic initiatives across Financial Services from opportunity to execution and measurement.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Sales to improve the product and customer journey.
• Build business cases, analyses, reports and recommendations to drive decisions.
• Manage relationships with major Canadian lenders and external partners.
