As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Director of Operations to oversee and optimize our end-to-end operational infrastructure.

Position Overview

The Director of Operations will be responsible for managing all aspects of company operations, including hardware production, deployment logistics, installation, service delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs). This individual will be a key member of the leadership team, driving scalability, operational excellence, and customer success as we expand across North America and into new international markets.
