Job summary

DAC is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee multiple client accounts, strengthen relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on expectations. The role emphasizes strategic planning, budget stewardship, and growth of accounts through integrated marketing programs.

You will manage day-to-day client interactions, ensure timely delivery, and contribute to annual account plans while leveraging DAC’s full‑funnel media, SEM/SEO, local SEO, and CRM offerings.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of digital channels (paid search, social, display, local, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with scope and budget discussions and negotiation.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads (AdWords) and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as daily contact for assigned clients and manage communications.
• Understand client goals, identify opportunities, and solve challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs on time and on budget.
• Develop annual account plans to support revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead delivery of large full-funnel media and SEO programs with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
