Job summary

DAC Group / Canada Ltd. is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage and execute integrated client programs, coordinating across internal teams and maintaining clear client communication.

You will own defined workstreams, support planning, retention and growth, and grow understanding of each client’s business. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, utilization of AI tools for research and drafting, and a strong focus on delivering accurate, insights-driven client

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of agency/digital marketing or client-service experience.
• Foundational knowledge of digital marketing and how SEO/GEO, paid media, analytics, and local marketing interact.
• Strong communication, organization and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stay on track.
• Willingness to use AI tools for research, drafting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned clients, managing requests from briefing to follow-up.
• Coordinate across internal teams and manage timelines, approvals and dependencies.
• Prepare for client meetings with agendas, materials, notes and next steps.
• Create polished client communications, presentations and reports with attention to detail.
• Use AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of day-to-day account work.
• Develop understanding of client business and performance to update QBR materials and identify opportunities.
