Qualifications

• 7+ years in a client services role managing clients and growth.
• 3+ years in advertising agency managing digital programs.
• 2+ years leading an account team with budget responsibility.
• Experience managing Fortune 500 brands.
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior account direction and people leadership to the team of Account Managers and Executives.
• Develop understanding of client industry, marketing strategy and goals.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships.
• Prepare client engagement briefs, proposals, and reports; track data and QA.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives and goals.
• Monitor program KPIs and ensure performance meets targets.
• Support major new business initiatives including pitches and RFPs.
• Build relationships with senior client executives and manage inquiries.
• Deliver documentation and client communications according to standards.
• Create annual account plans to meet revenue and margins.
