Job summary

Versaterm in Canada is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to scale long-term pipeline and market engagement across its public safety SaaS portfolio. You will lead cross-department initiatives, shaping demand gen strategy and mentoring teammates.

Instrumental in partnering with Sales, Product and Customer Success, you will optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and establish KPIs. A security clearance is required; bonus eligibility and a strong benefits package accompany base compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with demand generation expertise.
• Proven success building and scaling demand generation programs in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Design targeted go-to-market programs to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Owns the strategy and execution of demand generation programs driving pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success for messaging and launches.
• Define KPIs, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns.
• Mentor colleagues and lead cross-departmental initiatives.
