Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency for B2B companies, focusing on SQLs and Customers. The Demand Generation Manager will directly oversee up to seven accounts, crafting data-driven strategies, and interfacing with clients to exceed results.

The ideal candidate is a strong T-shaped marketer with deep SaaS expertise across Paid, SEO, and CRO, capable of owning strategy, execution, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Strong SaaS background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of SMB clients, across channels.
• Handle client relationships with poise, confidence, and empathy.
• Project manage and organize your accounts.
• Build relationships with your point of contacts.
