Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Sales based in Canada. You will lead analytics, data modeling, experimentation, and ML to shape commercial strategy and drive AI-driven sales programs.

Collaboration across Data Science, Commercial Leadership, Sales Ops, Product, Design, and Engineering is key. You will build reliable data models, design experiments, and develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance and inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, decision science, or an equivalent field.
• Excellent SQL and Python skills, with hands-on experience building data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms and production deployment experience.
• Experience with statistics and experimentation methods, including A/B testing.
• Good understanding of business and sales processes and client behavior.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring teammates and collaborating across teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data models and perform exploratory analyses to improve sales processes and performance.
• Define, prototype, implement, and maintain ML models addressing business challenges.
• Design and analyze experiments to guide outbound sales prioritization and decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics for stakeholders to monitor commercial results.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Commercial Leadership, Sales Operations, Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Lead high-priority initiatives and serve as a trusted decision science partner.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge to uplift the team.
