Job summary

You will own end-to-end AI products, mentor juniors, ensure Responsible AI, and collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and platform teams. Flexible work up to 40% from home; rewards package.

Qualifications

• Master or PhD in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in Data Science/AI with GenAI experience.
• Strong programming in Python/Java and SQL/NoSQL.
• Experience with LangChain, Transformers, and MLOps concepts.
• Knowledge of NLP, multi‑agent systems, and AI lifecycle.
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure) and API usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI/GenAI solutions.
• Mentor Data Scientists and engineers; conduct reviews.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI products.
• Ensure Responsible AI, governance, and security compliance.
• Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and platform teams.
• Drive AI adoption and communicate complex outputs to stakeholders.
