Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, math, CS, business, econ or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related role.
• Experience in life insurance, financial services, or regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance to improve lead conversion and agent productivity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for key sales metrics.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, and sales strategy initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights to grow sales and customer retention.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and business processes.
