Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Customer Experience, Strategy, Service Design, or UX design role.
• Expertise in Service Blueprinting, User Journey Mapping, Design Thinking, and stakeholder discovery.
• Ability to turn data-heavy problems into visual narratives (journey maps, wireframes, executive decks).

Responsibilities

• Document “As-Is” and “To-Be” global processes; identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and functional specs for delivery teams.
• Analyze process metrics and KPIs to propose data-backed improvements.
• Create visual storytelling artifacts to align cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
