Bell is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation to join our Customer Experience leadership team in Canada. You will translate complex shifts into CEO-ready narratives and own annual strategic cycles while guiding a multi-year transformation agenda.

You will partner with Operations, Technology, Finance, Digital, and Marketing to drive cross-functional alignment, governance, and measurable outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or enterprise transformation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Mastery of PowerPoint and executive presentation design.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and influence at the executive level.
• Strong organization and delivery of high-stakes materials on tight deadlines.
• Team leadership with a collaborative, cross-silo mindset.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end development of C-level presentations, white papers, and briefing decks.
• Drive content for May Strat and October Plan milestones with financial alignment.
• Lead deep-dive analyses into operations, cost-to-serve, and journey transformation.
• Shape 0–2 year transformation roadmap with business cases and governance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Finance, Digital, and Marketing.
• Turn ambiguous challenges into executable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
