Bell is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation to drive executive narratives and translate complex shifts into compelling C‑suite deliverables. You will anchor enterprise planning cycles and lead multi‑year transformation efforts, collaborating with Operations, Technology, Finance, Digital and Marketing.

You will shape roadmaps, governance models, and business cases for next‑generation capabilities, ensuring alignment with executive priorities and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or enterprise transformation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• Strong expertise in executive storytelling and board‑ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end development of C‑level presentations, strategic white papers, and executive briefing decks.
• Orchestrate business planning cadences with content formulation, financial alignment, and cross‑functional synthesis for May Strat and October Plan milestones.
• Lead diagnostic deep dives into opportunities, cost‑to‑serve optimization, digital adoption, and journey transformation.
