RemotePass is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead strategic relationships with US and Americas customers. This role supports onboarding, retention, and growth while aligning with product and sales teams. Remote work is allowed globally, with EST-hours alignment to serve the region.

You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging data to drive customer success and expansion, ensuring customers maximize value from RemotePass platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role (EOR/HR-Tech/Payroll background preferred).
• Proven ability to own the full client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion.

Responsabilités

• Seamless Onboarding: guide new customers through onboarding for quick adoption.
• Strategic Relationship Management: build strong stakeholder connections as trusted partners.
• Customer Advocacy: be the primary contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly.
• Proactive Account Management: monitor health and identify opportunities for growth.
• Insight-Driven Feedback: collect feedback to drive product improvements.
• Retention and Growth Leadership: drive loyalty and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Cross-department Collaboration: work with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering.
• Value Optimization: ensure customers realize full value of RemotePass services.
