Job summary

Communications & Power Industries (CPI) in Georgetown, Ontario, seeks a Lead Customer Order Coordinator to join the Program Management Office. This senior role oversees the post-order lifecycle for amplifier and generator products, including RMAs, repairs, and field-service orders, guiding the Order Management team.

You will supervise Coordinators, handle complex orders, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive process improvements for on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in customer order management or related role.
• Experience coordinating complex orders and cross-functional activities.
• Proficient with MS Project, Visio, and ERP/order-entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and day-to-day guidance to the Order Coordinators.
• Own order execution for complex, high-priority equipment, service and spares orders.
• Develop and maintain program schedules in MS Project and track milestones.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Planning, and Sales to meet customer needs.
• Lead process improvements and governance for order-entry and status reporting.
