Job summary

Pulsar Measurement is seeking an organized Order Entry Coordinator in Long Sault, Ontario to accurately process customer orders in our ERP system and ensure smooth fulfillment.

You will review orders for pricing and delivery requirements, coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Production and Shipping, and maintain accurate customer records. Minimum 2 years in order entry or related roles and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in order entry, customer service, sales administration or related role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• ERP experience considered an asset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer sales orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system.
• Review customer purchase orders for pricing, quantities, configurations and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Production and Shipping teams.
• Communicate order acknowledgements, delivery dates and status updates to customers.
• Resolve order discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Maintain customer records and documentation accurately.

Pay Transparency
