Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Senior Content Producer to lead Canadian launch efforts, crafting mobile-first social content and coordinating shoots across Canada. You will partner with Creative Marketing to translate promos into compelling content for local audiences, balancing brand guidelines with native platform storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a creative production role.
• Experience with brand or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of short-form video content.
• Portfolio with mobile-first social content (TikTok, Reels).
• Experience scaling influencer/UGC programs across platforms.
• Familiar with Canadian gaming regulations.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with a nimble team of creatives to elevate output.
• Own the Canadian launch, reflecting local culture across all platforms.
• Be the compliance gatekeeper for assets including disclaimers and age-gating.
• Drive engagement by overseeing production for social, UGC, and influencer content.
• Show up on set for shoots, managing talent and on-location requirements.
• Grow creator and UGC programs with a focus on Canadian voices.
• Create hands-on edits: format paid social videos, add captions and disclosures, deliver publish-ready assets.
• Turn strategy into action with leadership to translate promos into content plans for Canadian audiences.
• Measure performance data to optimize creative output and test new formats.
• Manage production budgets and creator deals to maximize impact.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for UGC-style content.
