Job summary

barBURRITO is seeking a Senior Social Media Content Creator to shape online presence. You’ll take ideas to execution, shoot and edit short-form content, manage our social community, and collaborate with creators and partners on campaigns across Canada and the USA.

You’ll travel frequently to bars across Ontario and beyond, with occasional national campaigns. A portfolio or links to social content must accompany your application.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a related role.
• A strong portfolio of social-first content, particularly short-form video.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, social trends and internet culture.
• Hands-on experience filming, editing and producing content.
• Strong creative instincts, copywriting skills and understanding of brand voice.
• Experience with community management and influencer or creator partnerships.
• Experience directing shoots and working with creative or production partners.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable using social analytics to inform creative decisions.
• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Willing and able to travel frequently throughout Canada and the USA.

Responsibilities

• Social Media & Brand Voice: evolve brand voice across platforms and develop calendars.
• Content Creation: concept, shoot, edit and produce short-form content.
• Influencers & Creators: identify, brief and manage creator activations.
• National Campaigns: collaborate on campaigns and launches.
