Job summary

CanadianSIM is seeking a hands-on social media and content professional to own our organic presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. You will manage our social media handles, plan and publish content, respond to comments and messages, strengthen audience engagement and grow a relevant community of followers.

The role combines social channel management, content production, community engagement and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media, content or creator work for a brand/business.
• Portfolio or reel showing short-form video you shot and edited.
• Strong mobile or mirrorless shooting skills and basic audio/lighting knowledge.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva or Figma; template creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage CanadianSIM's social media handles day to day including publishing and engagement.
• Grow follower base and improve organic reach through consistent content and testing.
• Plan, shoot and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Film customer testimonials and arrival-day stories at GTA airport locations.
• Create captions, thumbnails, carousels, story frames and supporting graphics.
