Infosys is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and successfully implement Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules in an Agile environment. The role involves leading discussions on design and development of components such as data migration, integrations, and reports for Core HR areas.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or willing to relocate; travel may be required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field can substitute for each year of education.
• At least 4 years of IT experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship available.

Skills Required:

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
• 2+ years working with at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Absence.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Core HR across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of Agile practices and project implementation in Agile mode.
• Experience in a global delivery environment.
• Full SDLC lifecycle knowledge and experience.
• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of implementation and support experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Proficiency in Core HR processes.
• Ability to lead discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR.
• Knowledge of HCM technical tools such as HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical solutions to diverse teams.
• Team management experience of 5+ members is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive travel may be required.

The role may involve sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Effective communication via telephone, email, and face-to-face is essential.

Estimated annual compensation will depend on the candidate's location.
