• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Experience in negotiation and project-based or technical procurement environments for complex electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Ability to thrive in a global, matrixed organization with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary procurement interface for project equipment scope and build trusted supplier relationships.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for electrical and mechanical equipment essential to grid tech systems.
• Lead commercial evaluations and negotiations with technical experts to meet project requirements.
• Drive cost and efficiency improvements by bringing market insights and continuous improvement mindset.
• Collaborate across Procurement, Engineering, Project Management, Erection & Commissioning, Quality and Logistics.
• Use digital procurement tools to manage supplier data, issue RFPs, and process purchase orders accurately.
