• College diploma in business or equivalent required.
• CRM experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong phone communication skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude and results orientation.
• Advanced computer skills; SAP experience is a strong asset.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Research sources to identify prospective customers and assess potential.
• Make cold calls to new and inactive customers.
• Inform customers about new products and services at UPMC.
• Respond to inquiries by email or phone and provide timely feedback.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Take and enter orders in SAP.
• Provide clear proposals/quotes as needed.
• Maintain current market knowledge and update customer databases.
• Support and coordinate with Customer Service representatives.
• Record all activities in the customer database.
